Employer trust scores are algorithmic estimates based on public U.S. Department of Labor records. If you believe your company's score is inaccurate, we want to hear from you.

Review timeline: The operator reviews all appeals within 5 business days. If a factor is demonstrably incorrect, it is corrected in the underlying data source.

What happens after submission:

You receive an acknowledgment email within 1 business day.
The operator reviews the contested factor(s) against public data sources.
A decision is communicated within 5 business days via the email you provide.
If a correction is warranted, it is applied to the underlying data and the score is recalculated.

Note: Scores reflect public government records — they are not statements of employer intent. A score reflects filing patterns in DOL data, not a judgment about your company's integrity.
