Yes. PERM filings are public DOL records. The Department of Labor publishes bulk CSV exports of all H-1B and PERM labor certification applications. We parse and index these records so you can cross-reference job postings. There is nothing private or scraped about this data.

Not as a browser add-on - there is no Hire4Real extension to install, on LinkedIn or anywhere else. What works is pasting: copy a posting from LinkedIn, Indeed or a company careers page into hire4real.fyi/scan, and we show you the public labor certification record for the employers named in it.

PERM (Program Electronic Review Management) is a DOL process employers use to sponsor foreign workers for green cards. To file PERM, employers must post a public job ad - but they often have no intention of hiring from the US talent pool. We hold the public record of these filings - who filed, for which roles, in which years - so you can look up an employer before you spend an afternoon on an application.

There are no tiers. Everything on the site is free, and the data is never blurred, capped, or held behind a sign-in. Signing in only adds actions on top of it - saving employers, watching them for new filings, and exporting. There is nothing to buy.

Yes - the source does not matter. Paste the text of any posting, from any board or careers page, and we read the employer names out of it. Nothing is fetched from the site you copied it from, so a posting behind a login works the same as a public one.

No. Hire4Real.fyi analyzes publicly available government records and job posting text you paste in. Companies cannot detect or track who uses the tool. Your job search stays completely private.

A premium tier tells you how you rank against other applicants. It does not tell you what the employer has actually filed. Hire4Real reads the public U.S. Department of Labor record - green card sponsorships, work visa applications, and state layoff notices - so you can see an employer's paperwork before you spend an afternoon on an application.

There isn't one, and there is nothing to cancel. The site is free, the underlying records are public U.S. government data, and the methodology is published. If a number here looks wrong, the source file it came from is linked - check us against it.

No. Every employer record, every filing count, and every export is readable without signing in. An account only adds actions on top: saving an employer, watching one for new filings, and email alerts.

Tell us at hire4real.fyi/dispute and include the filing you believe we read wrong. We review within 5 business days. Every figure on the site is a count of public U.S. Department of Labor records, so a correction is a question of what the source file says - which means it is checkable, by you as much as by us.

All data comes from publicly available U.S. government sources: DOL PERM labor certification filings (quarterly release), WARN Act layoff notices, USCIS H-1B employer data, and visa bulletin archives. Yes - especially well. Green card timeline estimates, employer sponsorship history, and OPT clock tracking all read USCIS and DOL data, and none of it is behind a tier. If you are on an H-1B or an F-1, the sponsorship record is the part of an employer you cannot learn from a job posting.

We never sell, share, or trade your data. We do not store the job descriptions you paste - they are read in memory, used to find employer names, and gone when the page finishes rendering.
