How scores are computed
Ghost Score = 100 - round((penalty / max_penalty) x 100). Each signal that fires adds penalty points. The max penalty depends on the scan surface (web: 160, extension: 188).
Signals include PERM boilerplate detection, mail-resume requirements, Kellogg-era DOJ language, foreign equivalency demands, salary transparency, and company PERM/WARN cross-references. Each signal is grounded in BALCA precedent or DOL regulatory guidance.
